You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right.

9. Payments & Pricing

Prices, fees, taxes, and currencies for paid readings are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time. By completing a purchase, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method you have provided. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility, exclusions, and process are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Personalised readings already delivered are generally non-refundable.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may include or rely on third-party services (such as payment processors, analytics providers, hosting providers, or external links). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, or policies of any third party. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. 13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will SOULSTARR, its affiliates, owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, advisors, readers, or suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to SOULSTARR in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₹100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SOULSTARR, its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, readers, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Service, (b) Your Content, (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law, or (d) your violation of any right of any third party.

15. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including any breach of these Terms or any conduct we determine in our sole discretion to be inappropriate or harmful. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration.

18. Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration seated in Bengaluru, India, conducted by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. You and SOULSTARR each agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity and waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the dispute shall instead proceed in court rather than as a class action.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely. Any prohibited assignment is void.

21. Force Majeure

SOULSTARR will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, strikes, labor disputes, government action, internet or network failures, or third-party service outages.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SOULSTARR regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
