Getting Started
1. Pick the right reading
Start on the Free Spiritual Guidance page to choose from Past Life, Dream Meaning, or Angel Numbers, or go straight to a Love & Relationships reading. Each card describes what the reading covers.
2. Share your details
Tell us your name, what’s on your mind, and any details the reading requires (birth date, time, and place; a dream description; or a palm or face photo). The more accurate the details, the more personal your reading will be.
3. Receive your reading
Most readings are prepared and delivered within minutes. More in-depth readings can take longer because our readers personally review your information.
Account & Profile
Do I need an account?
Many free readings can be requested without an account. For paid readings or to retrieve past readings, you may need to provide an email address so we can deliver your reading.
Updating your details
If your birth details or contact information are incorrect on a recent reading, contact us through the contact page with your order ID so we can correct them.
Deleting your data
You can request deletion of the personal information we hold for you at any time. Contact us via the contact page. See the Privacy Policyfor details on what we collect and how it’s used.
Orders & Payments
I didn’t receive my reading
- Check your spam, promotions, or junk folder.
- Confirm the email address you provided at checkout was correct.
- Wait a short while if your reading is a longer, personally reviewed report.
- If it’s still missing, contact us with your order ID and the email used at checkout.
I was charged twice or by mistake
Reach out through the contact page with your order ID and a brief description. Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded per our Refund Policy.
Cancelling a reading
Reading work begins as soon as our reader receives your details. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel — refunds are processed per the Refund Policy.

Privacy & Safety
How is my data used?
Your information is used only to prepare your reading and operate the service securely. We do not sell or rent personal data. Read the Privacy Policy for full detail.
Photos and birth details
Photos (such as palm or face images) and birth details are used only by the reader who prepares your reading. You can request deletion at any time.
Is SOULSTARR a substitute for professional advice?
