Our aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to SOULSTARR in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred Indian rupees (₹100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the service or this Disclaimer shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration seated in Bengaluru, India, conducted by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. You and SOULSTARR each agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity and waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the dispute shall instead proceed in court rather than as a class action.
