How do I get a reading?

Pick the type of reading you want from the Free Spiritual Guidance page (Past Life, Dream Meaning, Angel Numbers) or jump straight to a Love & Relationships reading. Share your question and the details requested, and your reading will be prepared and delivered to you.

What information do I need to provide?

It depends on the reading. Most love and past-life readings ask for your name and birth details (date, time, place). Dream readings need a description of the dream. Some readings allow you to upload a palm or face photo. You can always choose what to share.

Do I need an account?

For most free readings you do not. For paid readings or to track your delivery, you may need to provide an email so we can send your reading.

How long does it take to receive my reading?

Many readings are delivered within a few minutes. More detailed, personally-reviewed consultations may take longer because our astrologers carefully study your information before preparing your report.

Can I ask follow-up questions?

Can your readings tell me when I’ll meet my soulmate?

Who can see what I share?

Only the readers and authorised team members who need it to prepare and deliver your reading, along with our trusted service providers (hosting, payments, email, security) under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by region. We use trusted payment processors and do not store full card details on our systems.

Are paid readings refundable?

Refund eligibility, exclusions, and the request process are explained in our Refund Policy. Personalised readings that have already been delivered are generally non-refundable.

I was charged twice — what should I do?

Reach out through the contact page with your order ID and we will investigate and refund any duplicate charge.
